Masa Fried Chicken
Our specialty: masa, a fermented-rice pancake cooked to order. Eat with your hands, share everything.

6 rue des Petites Écuries · 75010 Paris

The Concept
In Ghana, the “chop bar” is the neighbourhood gathering spot: a place for traditional home cooking and a few drinks — as iconic there as the bistro is in Paris.
KUTI is a modern tribute to it, on rue des Petites Écuries: green storefront, a wide window onto the street, honey-coloured lime-washed walls and a tiled bar wrapped around a stainless-steel kitchen. A joyful canteen by day, a cool cocktail spot by night.
